1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SAJU FORTUNE ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree to all terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.

2. Description of Service

SAJU FORTUNE provides AI-powered Korean astrology (Four Pillars / Saju) readings. The Service includes free (limited) and premium (paid) subscription tiers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. Entertainment Disclaimer

All readings, analyses, and advice provided by the Service are for entertainment and informational purposes only. They do not constitute and shall not be relied upon as professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice. You acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk and that the Service owner assumes no responsibility for decisions made based on the Service's output.

4. User Accounts

You may sign in using Google OAuth. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a subscription. Users under 18 may use the free tier with parental consent. Sharing account credentials or reselling access is prohibited.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you authorize automatic recurring charges at the then-current rate. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service
• Reselling, redistributing, or commercially exploiting the Service or its outputs
• Reverse engineering the Service or its AI models
• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, algorithms, and technology of the Service are the exclusive property of SAJU FORTUNE and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAJU FORTUNE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SAJU FORTUNE, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
