Digital Service — No Refunds
SAJU FORTUNE is a digital service that provides immediate access to AI-generated content upon subscription. By subscribing and using the Service, you acknowledge that the digital content is delivered instantly and you expressly consent to waive any applicable cooling-off or withdrawal period (including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a subscription payment has been processed, except where required by applicable law.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- You retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be made after the current period ends
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period
- Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after activation
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion only in the following cases:
- Duplicate charges caused by a technical error
- Service was completely unavailable for an extended period (7+ consecutive days) during your billing period
To request a review, contact dltdjgus3213@gmail.com with your account email, transaction ID, and a description of the issue. Decisions are final.
Payment Processor
All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, taxes, and payment processing. Chargebacks or disputes filed without first contacting us may result in immediate account termination.
Free Tier
The free tier is provided at no cost and does not involve any financial transaction. No refund claims apply to free tier usage.
