Birth Data: Date, time, and gender you provide for astrology readings. This is processed in real-time and not permanently stored in a database.

Payment Data: Subscription payments are processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record). We do not store credit card numbers or payment details.

• To generate personalized astrology readings
• To manage your account and subscription
• To improve the Service and develop new features
• To enforce our Terms of Service and prevent abuse
• To comply with legal obligations

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Google: OAuth authentication
• Google Gemini AI: Birth data is sent to generate readings (no personal identifiers)
• Paddle: Payment processing

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (NextAuth session). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Data Retention

Chat sessions are not permanently stored server-side. Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and business purposes. You may request deletion by contacting us; we will process requests within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.

5.1 Analytics & Logging

We may collect anonymized usage data (page views, feature usage, error logs) to improve the Service. This data does not identify individual users. We may use third-party analytics services that operate under their own privacy policies.
